That I don't have a written diary or memoirs from the many conversations I had with my grandparents about their life and our family history before they passed.
2: Please explain more what you do.
I am the "behind-the-scenes implementer" at EOFire, a 7-day a week podcast from John Lee Dumas where he interviews today's most inspiring and successful entrepreneurs. John comes up with the big ideas, and I figure out how to make them happen. I also write our blog and host my own podcast, Kate's Take (The EOFire audio blog), where I share the things that are working for us in our business and the things that aren't working. Everything we do here at EOFire aims to inspire and motivate others to take their own entrepreneurial leap.

4: What is your biggest life lesson?
Don't let fear hold you back from living the life you want to live. I spent years of my life worrying about what other people thought about me, my decisions and the way I was living my life, and in doing so, I wasn't creating the things that I wanted to see most in my life. I was scared of failing, scared of saying the wrong thing, and scared that no one would want to hear from me. Once I was able to embrace that fear and stop letting it hold me back, I started living a life true to my authentic self - one that I love so much and that gives me all the freedom in the world.
5: What is your biggest achievement?
I would say stepping on stage for the first time in 2015 to present to an audience. It's something I NEVER would have thought I could do just 2 years ago, but I did it, and I feel like I did it well. That was a big breakthrough for me and a huge learning experience / growth point.
6: What is your favorite book?
Essentialism by Greg McKeown - amazing read about how to be most productive so that we begin to spend our time on the things that matter most to us.
7: If you could have anyone educate you who would it be?
Michael Jordan. I feel like he'd have a lot of great experience and advice to share around never giving up and always giving everything you do 110%.
8: What is your favorite podcast?
Probably Amy Porterfield's Online Marketing Made Easy. Or The Moth. Totally different topics / categories, but both great podcasts. ;)
